An arrange of Eirin's theme, Gensokyo Millennium (which contrary to popular belief has two m's in it). Eirin has always been amongst my top favorite characters, probably because I always have a fancy for archers. Noticeably (or not unless you're a fanboy like me), her hairstyle is similar to the archer job class hairstyle in Final Fantasy Tactics, which happens to be one of my all time favorite games. (Anyone who has only played Tactics Advance seriously needs to go back and play the original. The story has so much more depth than "it was all an emo kids dream world".)
I don't know Japanese, so the best translation I can provide for the track name is guessing through translator and arrived at "Unreachable Wish".
