DX Mobirates Review (Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger) について・・・
Welcome to my review of the Mobirates the new Changer for this year's anniversary Super Sentai Series Kaizou Sentai Gokaiger. Let me start my saying this thing is epic! First off this thing is a really nice size and feels really nice in hand, all the details are there as well making this changer very show accurate. There are basically two ways to have fun with this thing the first is by using ranger keys and the second is with codes.
When you take the changer out of the box it comes with three ranger keys Gokai Red, Shinken Red and Go-on Red. These are miniature ranger figures that transform into keys to insert into the Mobirates. The details on the little figures is nothing special but they look okay and the keys look cool once transformed. You can than active sounds my turning the key in the Mobirates and it will respond by saying the name of the key you just entered, then by pressing the main button you get more sounds, for Go-on Red and Shinken Red you just get the teams role call. Gokai Reds key gives you both those sounds however by pressing the button a second time it says "Gokai Red!" This is a very fun feature and you can even mess with the keys or pick the lock to unlock more sound. More keys that will officially unlock sounds will come with other products as well as keys sets and special magazine giveaways.
The second way to have fun with this changer is codes, and this thing has dozens of them. There are codes from sentai team names to Merry Christmas, that's right Merry Christmas. There are a series of main codes for each sentai team name as well as a code that will say them all in a row. I will post a link to the list of codes at the bottom. It is terrific that there is this much playability with this thing without having to rely on the gimmick. *cough Tensouder *cough OOO driver. There may be even more codes I didn't cover so this thing is stacked full of awesome.
Overall this thing is freaking awesome! You may have noticed I didn't do a pros and cons deal for this, that's because I can't find anything I don't like about this toy. It is a perfect anniversary changer and I absolutely love it. From the keys to the codes this thing is at a climax from start to finish, wait that's Den-O sorry. I highly recommend you pick this up if you are a Sentai fan in the least.
