Johnny Depp is returning as Captain Jack Sparrow in the fourth film in the popular "Pirates of the Caribbean" franchise. The new film will be loosely based on the Tim Powers book, "On Stranger Tides." Geoffrey Rush is back as Barbossa and Ian McShane will play the villain Blackbeard. Penelope Cruz is portraying the daughter of Blackbeard. Romance reportedly swirls between Captain Jack Sparrow and Penelope Cruz's character. Similarly, it's expected Captain Jack Sparrow and Barbossa meet up in the newly founded New Orleans, before they sail to find the Fountain of Youth together.
