Well in fact the C79 uploads are going to be sooner than expected. Just got the Third Ensemble albums by Alstroemeria, Sound Online and ALiCE'S EMOTiON, and it turns out that they are truly magnificient. My current favorites are Stygian in Noir, Underwater Regret in Bleu (3L ftw), and the present Selfish in Rouge. Two out of three are sung by Ayumi Nomiya. My god, I'm such a fangirl.
So yeah. This arrange is definitely brilliant. Usually, there are few vocals of Reimu's theme, Dream Battle, that I like (exceptions to this rule is the glorious Arc of Dream by Syrufit and Dreaming by Alstroemeria Records), yet the original theme is awesome. But this one is truly refreshing. Fast, pretty upbeat, Ayumi Nomiya's voice fits it really well. Even the title itself is interesting. "Selfish". I have to say that it kind of reflects Reimu's personality nicely. After all, isn't she sometimes solving the incidents in Gensokyo for herself to be undisturbed?
