x{Bad Apple!!}x Three Minute Skit Cut について・・・
**This is the first video of a set. This is just to show what moves we need to know for this dance.**
Alright, so, long story short, a group of convention-goers and I are entering a skit competition at Anime North 2011, and this is the dance we're going to perform. The original dance and song is about 5 minutes, so I managed to cut down the dance to 3 minutes to fit the PV version. There's 2 cuts in it, one near the middle, and another near the end. The middle cut is a little tricky but not too difficult to pull off smoothly. The cut near the end doesn't make any difference to the dance, so that's no problem.
I started it off with all of us standing with our backs to the crowd, which is a little better to start off with than jumping around and flailing our arms. This shorter version is a lot simpler than the full thing, because it takes out a lot of the jumping around and difficult footwork in the beginning. All that's left is the chorus repeated twice, beginning and the bridge, and the ending. It was a bit tricky to cut together, but I think it turned out okay.
The other videos I plan to post will be of this 3 minute clip, only mirrored, slowed, and cut into 3 parts. It's easier to learn the dance in 3 parts, rather than just trying from the beginning and winging it from there. This way the final result will be within the 4 minute time limit for the skit contest, and it's a little easier to learn for all of us.
