Haru no Arashi (solo) について・・・

This is the first piece I had composed for Koto in 2003. Titled "Haru no Arashi" which means Spring Storm. Tried to give a little intro into the piece as it is an attempt to take the Japanese nature themed songs and Japanese song structure, and put my own non-Japanese stlye to it. 4 parts: Zensou (Intro), Mezame (Awakening), Raiun (Thunder & Clouds), Seiten deno Chyou no Asobi (Butterflies playing in Clear Skies).... Dedicated to Okamoto Sensei of the Washington DC Toho Koto Society. (www.kotosociety.org) Please excuse the minor mistakes and the dust I had to get out of my face.. oh well... :oD
